Synopsis

Struktur buku bergerak dari fondasi ke penerapan. Bagian konseptual mengurai definisi pengetahuan sebagai kombinasi pengalaman, kerangka pikir, nilai, dan informasi kontekstual; menjelaskan peran komunitas praktik serta pembelajaran organisasi sebagai pilar penciptaan pengetahuan di kampus. Uraian berikutnya memetakan ekosistem pengetahuan perguruan tinggi—mengklasifikasi pengetahuan tacit–explicit, membedakan pengetahuan akademik inti dan pengetahuan administratif penunjang, sekaligus menekankan pentingnya kurikulum, publikasi ilmiah, repositori digital, dan perpustakaan modern sebagai infrastruktur penyimpanan dan diseminasi. Pada tataran strategis, buku mengajukan model dan opsi strategi KM yang disejajarkan dengan visi–misi, tata kelola, dan kebijakan—memberi panduan perancangan program yang realistis dan terukur.

Bagian teknologi mengulas arsitektur sistem yang mendukung proses capturing–storing–sharing–applying pengetahuan: sistem informasi akademik sebagai tulang punggung integrasi data, repositori dan knowledge base, serta platform kolaborasi yang membentuk virtual communities of practice. Isu kunci seperti pengalaman pengguna, keamanan–privasi, skalabilitas, dan change management dibahas sebagai prasyarat adopsi yang berhasil. Bab implementasi menutup dengan tahapan praktis, tantangan (budaya berbagi, tata kelola data, keberlanjutan sumber daya), indikator evaluasi, dan horizon masa depan menuju “Intelligent University” yang memanfaatkan analitik prediktif dan AI/ML. Secara keseluruhan, buku ini menyajikan roadmap komprehensif untuk mentransformasikan kampus menjadi ekosistem pengetahuan yang adaptif—menghubungkan kolaborasi triple/quadruple helix, mempersonalisasi pengalaman belajar berbasis data, serta mempercepat produktivitas riset dan dampak inovasi
